"The concept store Colette commissioned us for postcards underneath the theme of Parisian scenery. We selected black and white pictures of Parisian monuments from dated archives. At that time, we were experimenting with applying paint textures on visuals. We wanted to associate the unexpected colours and relief of the paint with the romantic feel of the photographs."
