Belgium Apartment_by Vanden Eeckhoudt-Creyf Architectes
We absolutely love when designers work with tiny spaces as we believe there can be a lot of opportunity for both innovation and creativity within extremely small homes. This was definitely the case with the incredible Mini-Maison (tiny house) built in Belgium.
The tiny, yet beautiful dwelling is located in Forest, which is one of 19 communes in Bruxelles, Belgium. This multi level loft was created for a couple with no kids by the team at Vanden Eeckhoudt-Creyf Architectes. The design team used several sets of floating staircases to access each level, and a classic fireman’s pole to easily get down to the bottom floor from any of the upper three floors. The residents adding a functional fourth sleeping loft to the top of the home to increase the overall living space.
